Your CD/DVD includes high resolution files of each image. All Digital Collection purchases include the same images in low-res format (suitable for internet sharing) and a License to Print at no additional fee. Each image is fully edited, enhanced and retouched and ready to print (you receive both color and black/white versions of each image). The CD/DVD arrives to you with a list of suggested photo labs and tips for ordering your own prints. You can share your photos online, use them in scrapbooks and photo albums, send them as holiday greetings or birth announcements and more.

Policies…
- A 50% retainer is required to reserve your date on our calendar
- Retainers are not refundable if cancellation occurs but can be applied to a new session
- Travel fees of $1/mile will apply for locations more than 25 miles out of the 98204 zip code
- Due to the custom nature of photography and digital media, all sales are final
- Prices are subject to change without notice but you are locked into the current pricing once your session is booked
- Prices will remain valid for 7 days from the date that your image gallery is released to you
- Orders placed within 24 hours of the image gallery being released receive a 10% discount
- All purchases are subject to sales tax

What is included in the editing and retouching process?
Ahhh… this is where the magic happens! This is where we take the original image, or SOOC (Straight Out Of Camera) image, and run it through image editing software. Blemishes disappear, teeth are magically whitened, eyes become sparkling and expressive. We devote a lot of time to each image that is enhanced and maniacally go over every detail, every pixel, to make your picture, your family, shine. This is what you are after, the enhanced image, the picture that lasts generations because it is that beautiful. And we can do that!
What is a License to Print and what can it do for me?
Great question, my friend! The License to Print enables you to take your Digital Collection CD/DVD from CYE Photography to any photo retailer (we will provide a list of suggested labs) and choose whichever pictures you want in any size and have them printed. You can even create your own albums, stickers or cards right off the CD/DVD from us. We also allow you to upload the images off your CD/DVD to your social networking site or personal blog as long as you include a photo credit to us. The License to Print is a great value for you.
I don’t know how to choose a location for my shoot!
Don’t worry. We can provide you with some suggestions for local outdoor locations that are proven winners. Alternatively, we can answer any questions you might have about locations to help you make your decision. Please feel free to suggest locations other than your home (weather permitting of course) and lets see what we can come up with. Just ask!
What time of the day do shoots begin?
We prefer to shoot in natural light (either outside or inside utilizing a large window/door for light) whenever possible. Typically, before 10 a.m. is the best time. Morning light is the most flattering. We try to avoid mid-afternoon photo shoots as the sun is overhead causing squinting and ’skull’ shadows. Overcast skies are ideal, but mother nature is not so predictable. Just before sunset is the next best option.
What do we wear for our session? Do we have to match?!
First… no, you do not have to match. After our initial consultation we will send out an email to you with our wardrobe suggestions and no-no list. If you have questions from there, we are happy to help. Just let us know.
